The Union Labor Health Foundation (ULHF), a supporting organization of the Humboldt Area Foundation, provides funds for the Dental Angel Fund. The Dental Angel Fund was created in 2001 to meet dental-related needs of individual youth and youth groups in Humboldt County in situations where emergency funds are required. Please include a pre-treatment plan from the treating dentist.

The fund is designed to meet the needs of children up to the age of 19 who are residents of Humboldt County. The fund does not cover orthodontia.

NOTE:  Service providers may not make requests for their own reimbursement and individuals may not apply on their own behalf.  A third party must apply for the individual.  For more information contact the ULHF Program Assistant, Jill Moore at (707) 442-2417.
